Money milking

After a few hours of puzzles and story, you gota dish out more money to finish the game, good olbait an switch.

Amazing.

Addicting and well-crafted game!

This is a very clever game

Well made, great puzzles, and an interesting plot line that really immerses you into the environment. The last few puzzles really gave me a sense of urgency that if I didnt solve them fast enough Id get caught (and there was no time limit!) the conclusion is amazing and well thought out. Kudos to the app developer. I hope to see more like this!

Crashes all the time

Too bad theres not a -star because its not worth even 1star

Excellent game, but...

I loved this game from the start to 99% of the way to the finish, since every feature just cried out to me as awesome, but...well, there were some problems too. -Wait, werent you in jail? I dont know if it happened to everyone, but after hacking [Spoiler] at the end, the three hacker buddies came back to...teach their tutorials again? I dont know why it happened, and it actually happened more than once. -Weeeeeeak. The ending, that is. Great! Theyre exposed! But...uh, were in hiding anyway? Even though we pierced their deepest secrets and exposed them to the media? Just felt lame. That said, I would buy a sequel in a heartbeat, and I loved the puzzles enough to buy the add-ons. But those two things held it back from a perfect five-star rating, to me.

Hak-9000 um....

Can you change the name Hak9000 because i want it to look more classified, you have to get a new name that sounds more "Hacky" or classified or kust get rid of the name of the console

Fine for a while

But its too expensive to unlock the full game considering how repetitive the "hacking" stuff is.

Good

I wish there was a restore purchases, but its a good game.

What to do after hacking Oceana server?

I am lost, it gave me a password, and told me to discover the secrets on the web, but i have no clue what go do, or how to do it since i had such a long gap between the last time i played the game. Is there a physical webpage IRL i can go to and use the password? Are there a last set of servers to hack? Please shoot me a friend request if you have any info, thank you. If There isnt anything else, the. The ending was pretty anti-climactic... :(

Fantastic themed puzzler but its no Gorf.

love the retro monochrome look. I leave this running on my tilted iPad at work all day as a desk accessory and office n00bs fear me. Only suggested if you survived the 80s one time already and appreciate a challenge. Easily worth 99 pennys. Almost as good as Gorf. Lolololololololololololo!!!!

Very Fun

I thought Id give this game a shot. Its incredibly fun and I love the old-school green monitor screen. Definitely takes me back to the days. Great job!!! Would definitely love to see a sequel.

Potential to be great

Fun game with a bunch of smaller games inside as well as a bunch of achievements. Unfortunately the game is rather short and the games become repetitive. Theres also a real world website that connects with the game - a good idea, but the website isnt working at the moment. To enjoy the full game you have to purchase three expansions as in-app purchases - $0.99 each, which brings the game up to $4. The expansions are basically the same as the rest of the game - no innovation here. While $4 isnt much, there are other games in the App Store that will have more replay value. Would rate 3-4 stars if the website was working, but since it isnt Ill give it two. Devs: Make the site work and bring updates with new game modes, add more content to the IAPs and then youll have a great little game.

Not a bad game...but

need to fix the issue when opening a Game Center screen. Cant close it, at least not on my iPad 3 IOS 6.0. Not sure about others. Is a bit repetitive. Nice graphically, but I think the Hack Run series has more of a story to keep the interest...

Visually nice but shallow gameplay

At first I was really excited because it looked like a modern remake of a much better hacking game (uplink) but was disappointed shortly into playing when i realized the gameplay was just simple visual puzzles. Great visual polish but very shallow in the "hacking" gameplay.

Loved it!!

I loved this game only problem is that its to short... Took me less than a day to finish... I would live if you could make more to it keep it going...

Real Bugs and Bad Grammar.

If you accidentally open the Game Center achievements on an ipad, the game gets stuck. You have to exit the game to continue. There are several areas of crappy grammar. Not critical, but they stand out. Also, you will notice the game hasnt been updated in almost a year. Not worth investing.

So so

Ok needs reset button so we can start over in case we want to more puzzles needed also

Poor execution

Puzzles arent fun. Game is all green, boring. Text takes all day to display - are we hacking in the 80s? Total waste of money. Poor graphics, lots of typos, poor story, and no fun. Was this app created by an 8yr old? Sure looks like it. Epic fail.

HELP

Every time I try to do the nanobot game it wont let me move them. PLEASE FIX

Not what I was hoping for

Nice presentation and I would have liked to find out more about the story. However, the gameplay is very boring consisting of a handful of mini games that you have likely seen in several other games before.
